The goal of the rising generation of mobile networks is to provide platforms of services supply which enable mobile terminal users to download and to carry out interactive multimedia applications. They are adapted to the capacities of the terminal and the network resources. The development consists in the design and the implementation in JMF (Java Media Framework) of a platform of services supply. The proposed platform will enable on the one hand the users to download multimedia applications and on the other hand the applications to react to the changes happening in their environment of execution. The project will be divided into 2 parts:
Developping a client/server application enabling the users to download multimedia services by using the RTP protocol of JMF (Java Media Framework).
Implementing on the server the adaptive mechanisms that will be applied to the multimedia services and will take into account the choices of the user.
